Off with a modest start, Heptatech was initially based in an office at Bandar Baru Ampang with a staff strength of six young, energetic and vibrant individuals focusing mainly on Systems Integration work and providing support services. Gradually growing to be more service oriented and reaching a wider range of customer across the industry, Heptatech officially became a private limited company in Dec 1999 and is now known as Heptatech Sdn Bhd (HTSB) with a strength of 16 and counting. In order to be more efficient and to accommodate the growing demands of the industry, Heptatech Sdn Bhd relocated its premises to Bandar Sri Petaling in January 2001 which provides ample space for maintenance and servicing works.
 
To date, Heptatech’s customers' profile have include Finance Companies, Consortiums, regulatory bodies as well as various organizations which business interest and projects include the network infrastructure, fiber connectivity and project management solutions.

Heptatech Sdn Bhd provides computer hardware, software, networking implementation as well as systems support which are crucial in helping clients to meet the ever changing needs and demands of the information technology industry.
 
HTSB comprises of a number of specialized staff with related experiences that range from computer hardware & software, computer programming, computer support services as well as systems analysis and design skills. 
In view of the increasing demand of the Internet, HTSB has also ventured into the Internet services to provide installation services as well as homepage designs. Web servers and e-mail facilities are the areas where HTSB is currently focused on. We are attached with Silicon Communications (M) Sdn Bhd and Office Connect (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd to deliver better e-mail services and support. 

HTSB has indulged in software customization whereby a few projects has been successfully implemented. Some of the areas of software customization are in manufacturing line, health food products, bar code scanning, financial accounting as well as stock inventory controls.
